Regarding valve body welding

I’m seeking help from all experts here. I plan to manufacture a batch of control valves. Due to environmental regulations, casting factories are closed, so valve bodies made of carbon steel forgings will be used. The ends of the valves that have flanges need to be connected to the main body via welding. What qualifications are required for the welders who will perform this welding? Our company also deals with pressure pipelines and pressure vessels, and we have qualified high-pressure welders; however, we’re not sure whether the qualifications required for welding valves are the same as those needed for pressure pipelines and pressure vessels ； Additionally, what are the specific standards regarding valve welding? What inspections are required for the welds on welded valves: RT? UT? MT? PT?
First, you need to determine who your customer is – whether it’s for export or for the domestic market. Secondly, check whether the items assessed by your current welder can cover the current products.
