How to label pipe pressure grades on a PID diagram

For example, if the flange on the pipe is a CLASS150 wafer butt weld flange, and the pipe uses a DN100 SCH40 wall thickness grade, how should I label this section of pipe in the PID diagram? What pressure rating should be indicated for pipes with a SCH40 wall thickness? I seek the teacher’s guidance. Thank you~~

Pipes don’t have such grade markings; the wall thickness has nothing to do with the indicated grade – all of these are predetermined
