Discussion on the definition of pressure pipelines

Document No. 114, the “Catalogue of Special Equipment”, classifies pressure pipelines into long-distance pipelines, public pipelines, and industrial pipelines (process pipelines, power pipelines, refrigeration pipelines). Since power pipelines have been classified as part of GC industrial pipelines, why does the newly published GB/T 32270-2015 \"Code for Pressure Piping – Power Pipelines\" still refer to them as GD pipelines? When will the new version of GBT 20801 be released? It seems that the draft for feedback has already been submitted.
It indicates that it is still in the trial and feedback-seeking phase.
