GB8163 specifies the mechanical properties of various structural steel grades (Q295/345/390/420/460). Are the quality grades A, B, C, D, and E mainly classified based on the temperature used in impact tests? Or should pipes of different quality grades be selected depending on the operating temperature, with pipes of each grade having to meet the corresponding impact test requirements?
