Why do domestic pressure relief valves have a high leakage rate? Are there any standard restrictions?
It might be due to the selection process, especially an incorrect choice of displacement, or it could be a quality issue.
If you choose the thermodynamic type, steam leakage will be severe, regardless of whether it’s imported or domestically produced. If you choose the mechanical one, then that’s not an option.
