Dear Haihao friends, is there any steel material resistant to hydrochloric acid?
The alloys from Harbin are fine; what do you want to make with them?
To inject hydrochloric acid into the hydrochloric acid storage tank using a tank truck, a flange and a short section of pipe are required; plastic flanges rated for CL150 are not available
Could polypropylene or fiberglass be considered... both can resist hydrochloric acid, :)
High-alloy materials are too expensive. Steel pipes with PTFE lining can be considered.
Hastelloy B series alloys are suitable for hydrochloric acid systems under any operating conditions
It seems you need a pipe with flanges; a fluorinated lining pipe can be used
Make a flange to connect a pipe segment of about 150 mm in length
PN20 grade plastic pipes are not available for purchase
