Questions regarding the use of disc springs

Disc springs used in fasteners serve as a means to assist with high-temperature and high-pressure sealing. However, I often hear that disc springs are not suitable for use in environments with high temperatures, as they can sometimes have the opposite effect. In situations where temperatures range from 500 to 600 degrees Celsius, especially in areas such as flanges and valves that are subject to temperature changes, leaks in the static seals can occur quite easily. Do anyone have any good suggestions? I welcome insights from those who are more experienced in this field.
