Precautions for the use of compensators in gas pipeline installation: 1. Overhead gas pipelines can be installed alongside water pipes, thermal pipes, as well as other gas pipelines and oxygen pipelines. 2. The overhead coal gas pipelines in the plant area, as well as other pipelines, can be supported using small brackets placed alongside the main coal gas pipelines. 3. When using gas pipelines and their supports to install brackets or hangers for other pipelines, measures should be taken to eliminate the mutual influence of the different thermal expansions of these pipelines. Compensators play an irreplaceable role; when the natural compensation provided by thermal pipelines is insufficient, compensators must be installed on the pipelines to account for their thermal deformation. Pipe compensators are components installed on pipes to absorb thermal expansion and contraction as well as other types of displacement. Commonly used compensators include square compensators, bellows compensators, sleeve compensators, spherical compensators, rotary compensators, etc. 4. Gas pipelines and pipelines transporting corrosive media should be installed on the same support structure, with the gas pipelines placed above. Protective measures should be taken on the gas pipelines at those areas where leakage of gas, oil, or corrosive liquids is likely to occur. 5. Gas pipelines should not be laid within fuel and timber factories. 6. Gas pipelines should not pass through areas without appropriate protective measures.
