Is this a weld crack?

This is the area of the reinforcement ring on the top of the equipment body; there are crack-like marks at the welded parts, but it could also be paint marks. What do you all think?
This is usually paint cracking. If you want to find out, it’s easy too – just remove the paint on the outside and take a look
If the paint is removed, then just do a coloring
To check for airtightness, just apply some soapy water and see
It seems to be a painting issue based on the appearance; if you’re not convinced, it’s better to do a PT
It definitely isn’t a crack. If the crack is that obvious, it’s an extreme situation.
It’s a reinforced version of the opening on the tank; the material used here cannot possibly develop such cracks. Visible paint cracks. Just grind it with a angle grinder and see; then spray some penetrant and it will be obvious at a glance.
Using a angle grinder involves the use of fire on site, which is quite dangerous; the medium inside is liquid hydrocarbons, and even minor leaks can be hazardous.
