Construction quality of alkali solution pipelines (stainless steel) and concentrated sulfuric acid pipelines in calcium carbide-based acetylene production plants. Everyone, take a look. Also, can this type of flat weld flange be used for acetylene pipelines? I wonder if these welders are actually welding pipes:funk:
It can be used as a negative example in training materials, covering virtually all common issues without exception.
It’s tough. The key question is: how can such construction teams get access to the site?
Check to see if it’s fully welded; if it’s all spot welding, then it’s temporary fixing via spot welding
It should still be unwelded; it’s just that the pipe fittings have been aligned and temporarily fixed in place
