What causes welding cracks in elbows?

When a elbow made of 20-grade steel was welded to a steel pipe made of the same 20-grade steel, cracks appeared during pressure testing. What could be the reason? I would appreciate it if experts could tell me. Air pressure testing is being carried out at a pressure of 5 kilograms; for now, the possibility that the material does not meet the standards is ruled out. The company has sent the sample for testing and is waiting for the test results
It might be that the gap between the end face of the elbow and the end face of the pipe is too large, resulting in an unstable weld.
Possible reasons: 1. Whether the welding electrode is suitable. 2. Is the welding current too low? 3. Stress issues.
Too many bends; it might be cracks caused by stress
But the previous products didn’t have this issue; it only appeared in this batch
They are all experienced welders, so there should be no problems with the welding machines
