Selection of the diameter for negative pressure suction ducts

Selection of the diameter for negative pressure suction tubing. The negative pressure is around -40 kPa, and the medium is water. Is there anyone who can provide a table showing the appropriate diameter for negative pressure pipes?

The pipe diameter should be selected between 6mm and 10mm
Flow rate: 20 m3/H. The pipe diameter should be around 100 mm; how is it only 8–10?
