Have anyone used mechanical conveyors with their interiors protected by nitrogen gas? What is the typical nitrogen pressure setting inside, in MPa?
If it is nitrogen sealing, the pressure doesn’t need to be very high; a slight positive pressure is sufficient
Is there a range for slight positive pressure? What is it approximately?
We specialize in nitrogen sealing devices used in storage tanks and reactors; the default setting at factory is 0.2 kPa, but it is adjustable. If you are using megapascals, then you need to use a self-acting type
Wrong, it’s two kilopascals; generally, it can be adjusted from 500 pascals to 15 kilopascals.
The nitrogen seal pressure is generally 2 KPA
