Seeking experts on three-eccentric butterfly valves. 900A multi-level triple-eccentric butterfly valve equipped with a 15000N*M pneumatic actuator. The air pressure in front of the valve is 0.3 MPA, causing the valve plate to move outward. Preliminary estimation of the issues: 1. Insufficient torque of the actuator ； 2. The valve plate lacks sufficient stiffness and has deformed ； 3. Multi-level deformation of graphite rings. I would be extremely grateful if any experts in this field could offer some guidance.
