What are the current requirements regarding the lifespan and inspection cycle of metal hoses?

As the title suggests, I only know that current regulations for mobile refueling require the hoses used in loading to be inspected every six months. Are there any other specific requirements?
This indeed needs to be regulated. Some of the flexible hoses used in our loading/unloading areas and tank areas have been in use for over 8 years now, and leaks occur occasionally; we plan to replace them all during the major maintenance work.
