Shut down the unit, remove all safety valves and take them for calibration. What specifically needs to be verified? How to test it? I’d like to ask everyone!
First, verify the launch pressure, check the sensitivity, and apply seals, etc
Safety valves must be calibrated annually. The procedures include: 1. Purging to remove dust; 2. Calibrating the opening pressure PS; 3. Checking the return pressure and performing a seal test; 4. Applying lead seals and installing labels; 5. Adjusting PS via springs. In the event of internal leakage, the valve needs to be ground and repaired or replaced
It mainly involves checking the opening and closing pressure, and this is usually carried out by the quality control department
The main task is to verify whether the operating pressure meets the required standard; if the operating pressure is not correct, the internal spring needs to be adjusted
The main tasks are to check whether the set pressure is appropriate, in order to avoid situations where the device fails to activate when it should, or activates when it shouldn’t. Additionally, it is necessary to examine the sealing condition, as well as whether the springs are broken or clogged.
