Regarding the installation of sampling valves for scale-prone pipelines

I would like to ask everyone: how should the size of the sampling valve for pipes that are prone to scaling be determined? If the sample size is too small, it’s easy to get clogged; if it’s too large, it hinders sampling. I wonder how you address this issue in your design?
Or install two sampling valves; that would be better. Additionally, the medium can be treated to achieve a scale-free condition before sampling.
