Pressure reducing valve for chlorine gas cylinders

What material is suitable for pressure regulators used with chlorine gas cylinders? We previously used Hastelloy ones; they worked fine at first, but after a month the flow rate could no longer be adjusted – it’s likely that the diaphragm rusted. Or maybe we’re not using it correctly; does anyone with experience in this area have any suggestions?
This corrosive gas is truly a hassle
