Regarding the calibration of safety valves

Do all safety valves at the production site need to be calibrated? For natural gas stations, the high-pressure safety valves with an inlet pressure of 25 MPa – no suitable testing facility has been found yet. What should be done? Do the safety valves built into the skid of large-scale units need to be calibrated? Are they all imported? Do the safety valves used for instrument air on site need to be inspected? Is there a standard for this?
Safety accessories on pressure vessels must undergo regular inspections, in principle once a year.
Safety Valve Safety Technical Inspection Regulations TSG ZF001-2006 – this is the basis for inspection, which should be carried out at least once a year.
Here, all the safety valves with a capacity of 35 MPA have to be sent for inspection; those that pass the inspection are acceptable
Can such a high-pressure safety valve be used with confidence if it isn’t calibrated periodically?
It can be verified. Initially, the supplier can provide a verification report from a domestic testing laboratory, and thereafter it can be checked by a local laboratory every year – so why can’t it be verified?
I haven’t been able to find a suitable testing agency; could anyone recommend one?
The pressure is relatively high, and offline calibration is generally required; however, it’s likely that the calibration equipment available at municipal-level special inspection agencies will not be sufficient. One could turn to provincial-level special inspection institutes, where such calibration should be possible.
