Is the data provided by the customer missing the flange size, or can the flange size be determined from the data given?
The flange size is available; refer to ASME B16.5.
NPS -2 refers to the nominal flange size, that is, the diameter of a 2-inch pipe flange. You haven’t studied the standards carefully.
There is material, diameter, nominal pressure rating, wall thickness, type of sealing surface, and flange standard – it can be manufactured
I didn’t read the standards carefully. This parameter is comprehensive: NPS2 refers to 2 inches, with pressure ratings of CL1500 and CL300; S=3.91 represents the pipe wall thickness. The flange inner diameter WN/RF needs no explanation!
