Classification of steam pipelines under new industrial pressure pipeline classification

According to GBT 20801.1-2020 Pressure piping specification industrial piping Part 1: General Principles of Pressure Pipe Division: Will the steam pipes that were previously classified as GC3 have to be changed to GC2 (such as 0.8MPa DN65 saturated steam pipes)
gc3 was said to be gone in tsg 07-2019. The original air ducts and other gc3 ducts were merged into gc2. Now that the new gc3 is defined, it seems that the fire ducts are merged into gc3. In the past, the fire ducts here were not based on pressure pipes.

First, the classification is divided into 1.3a and 1.3b, and then only those belonging to 1.3b can be classified as GC3, and GC3 is not applicable to pipelines within the 1.3a range. The scope of 1.3a is the previous definition scope of pressure pipelines. So what pipelines are mentioned in 1.3b? What pipelines can be classified into the scope of 1.3b and then defined as GC3. The previous GC3 is still GC3. Personally, I think some scopes have been clarified. For example, some public pipes of GB type, GCD type, etc. are not within the scope of this jurisdiction! We used to have some gas pipelines, but it was inappropriate for the design unit to design them as GC2!
