Is the surrounding air too humid?
Has the surrounding environment not changed? Especially the humidity indicator
Has the dosage increased? Isn’t it usually kept cold? This may also occur if the compressor is turned on at a higher power and runs for a longer time.

Is it possible to consider that the temperature of the liquid ammonia in the tube has become lower? It is necessary to check what factors caused the temperature of the liquid ammonia to decrease.
Is it because the original usage was small and not reflected?; Now that the dosage has increased, freezing has occurred.
It feels like the external water (humidity) has become high, because this is external freezing... Some people may suspect a leak, but if the leak is located, it should be a small area rather than the entire pipeline.

What is the pressure before and after the valve, and whether the insulation has changed compared to before. If the pressure difference between the front and back is large and there is no insulation, it will definitely be like this.
