Delivery of diesel hydrogenation land transport skids

Everyone, regarding the situation where the entire structure is assembled on-site and then divided into smaller units to meet requirements for land transport. I appreciate your guidance. The local land transportation conditions are extremely harsh. What are everyone’s opinions on this? Please note that this is a refinery skid, and I am about to go to the site for on-site service.
Personally, I think this kind of pry block would be more suitable for the South American and African markets.
The modules can be large or small. For this project, the modules are designed with land transportation in mind, which makes installation easier
This is a diesel hydrogenation unit with a production capacity of 2.2 million tons. Both the heat exchanger and the separator are very large.
Through modular units, the export of Chinese mechanical and electrical equipment is promoted, thereby enhancing overall capacity. The attached diagram shows desulfurization skid-mounted equipment exported by an environmental protection company to the United States

Are these three modules domestic or foreign? The arrangement of some equipment may depend on the module design; for example, some large towers might be placed separately while the modules are located nearby? ?
Foreign projects are not domestic; such things are not suitable in China.
