Intermittently used nitrogen pipelines and process pipelines
Question: The intermittently used nitrogen pipeline and the process pipeline are equipped with only one manual valve. Standard: \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises\" (GB50160-2008) 7.2.7 When utility pipelines are connected to pipelines or equipment containing flammable gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and flammable liquids, the following requirements shall be met: Check valves and one isolation valve, or two isolation valves, shall be installed on utility pipelines that are used intermittently; an inspection valve shall also be installed between the two isolation valves.
It is best to check the settings of the entire process to determine whether anything is missing; partial screenshots alone are not sufficient to clarify the issue. For example, if there is no impact of leakage on production, no additional settings are required. Otherwise, two additional valves will have to be installed, with a tee fitting placed between them for the valves. For reference.

Lack of a three-valve isolation assembly (two valves and one drain valve). When the process medium is flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, or involves VOC emissions, a drain valve must be integrated into a closed recycling system.
