Vacuum jacket for transporting liquid nitrogen

Dear experts, do you have any information on vacuuming for vacuum jacketed tubes used to transport liquid nitrogen?
This doesn’t require much technical skill: use an outer tube with a diameter of φ105, and inner tubes with a diameter of φ32 or smaller. Create small rings and weld three fins to serve as supports, placing them evenly at each section. Wrap the inner tubes with aluminum foil to act as a barrier against radiant heat, then insert them into the larger tube (on the side of this larger tube, a one-way bolt for vacuuming should be welded in first). Seal one end with a cover, and fill the other end with pearlescent sand; compact it by vibrating before sealing it as well. The inner tube end protrudes at the location where the outer tube has a connecting flange. Get a vacuum pump for air conditioning repairs and just use it to draw out the air – that’s it. The greater the vacuum level, the better the insulation effect. (Pirate version;P)
