In the American standard ASME B16.10, isn't the length of the welded valve shown in the picture? For example, the length of 3/4" is 117. Why do manufacturers only make 92 lengths?

Regarding the price, yours should be a forged steel valve. The factory uses 800LB threaded end/socket welding end blanks to make it. The standard length must be 117. You can use integral flange blanks to make it, but the price is much higher.
This standard also requires reference to the length of GB/T 12221 for butt welding. Regarding this problem, we also encountered it in one of our projects some time ago, which also involved butt welding valves of DN40 and below (more than 800 valves). It is clear that ASME B16.10 has a standard length, which is also the size in our model. However, I asked several domestic manufacturers, including (NEWAY, Founder), and they all said that they use the SW length, or the factory standard. And some manufacturers say that even if you ask for ASME B16.10 dimensions, they will not use it. Some say that if the design insists on using it, they need to open another mold, and the price is higher. The current domestic manufacturing environment is really hard to say.
I have seen SEI's drawings. The length of their American standard valves for socket welding is based on the length of JB/T 7746.
There is no problem with socket welding. What the poster mentioned is butt welding valves. They are two different ones.
