There is a three-story factory building in the workshop, with seven distillation units arranged on both the left and right sides. The condensers are on the third floor, while the distillation kettles are on the second floor. Two issues have arisen during the piping work: 1. It is desired to collect the steam condensate from all the distillation kettles in one place, but since the kettles are located on both sides of the workshop, using a single main condensate pipe would require it to pass over three doors; 2. I want to install a storage tank for water used in cleaning underground equipment on the east side of the workshop, so as to collect the water used for cleaning equipment throughout the workshop; however, the main pipe for this cleaning water also needs to pass through these three doors ; Generally, it’s difficult to prevent blockages in the access passages, so it’s necessary to raise the pipes; however, in that case, condensate and cleaning water cannot flow by gravity into the respective storage tanks. I wonder if any of you experts have any good solutions?
Generally, the height of a door is not equal to the height of a floor, so it should not have any impact. If that really doesn’t work, the main pipe can be placed at the outer ring beam of the wall, and that will solve the problem.
The height of the door is 3.6 meters, and the bottom of the equipment is 2.5 meters above the ground
The steam condensate water is under pressure and constitutes a pressurized pipeline; it can pass under doors without any issues. The main cleaning water pipe is a gravity-fed pipeline that is laid underground.
If the device is on the second floor, then what I said originally is correct. If it is at the bottom level, it can be laid along the ground, with a trench provided when passing through the door.

May I ask if the steam condensate pipes in the workshop can be installed beneath the floor? Also, can the equipment cleaning water pipes be laid underground through pipes inside the workshop and connected to the ground tank?
They are all on the ground; if they are buried, maintenance will be very troublesome. Only a short section beneath the door needs to be buried; otherwise it will hinder people from entering and exiting
