Well pressure is 25 MPa, and water capacity is ~50,000 cubic meters. Now it is necessary to reduce the water well pressure to normal levels; what are some viable solutions? The condition is to maintain a flow rate of ~20 m3/h and reduce the water pressure in the well from 25 MPa to atmospheric pressure?
Multi-stage orifice plates have one problem: as the pressure decreases, the flow rate through the orifice plate also decreases. Is there any way to maintain a constant flow rate?

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, a pressure drop of 2.5 MPa requires an orifice plate with 2 stages of reduction; to reduce pressure from 25 MPa to 0.03 MPa, at least 20 stages of orifice plates are needed. To achieve 20 stages, these orifice plates must be arranged in configurations of 4×5 or 3×7. Each buffer achieves a multi-stage pressure reduction goal; the number of buffers (multi-stage orifice plates) × the number of stages in each orifice plate (multi-stage orifice plate)
There is a problem with the calculation of pressure reduction using orifice plates: as the upstream pressure gradually decreases, for example to 6 MPa, the flow rate can no longer be guaranteed for an orifice plate that was originally designed for 25 MPa
When using a multi (porous) orifice plate, be careful to select a set of data in which the flow velocity and CV(KV) are relatively balanced, and proceed step by step using the software.
