Selection of waste heat boiler drain valves

Dear experts: The waste heat boiler in our unit has a rated pressure of 1.3 MPa and an evaporation capacity of 12 t/h. The valves that come with the boiler during installation are shown in the figure below: the globe valve is located on the side close to the boiler, while the quick-open valve is on the side near the drain. These valves have been in use for about one and a half years, and now they are leaking severely. I would like to ask everyone: is the selection of valves built into the boiler appropriate? If it is not reasonable, which model should be chosen? Are there any good suggestions to avoid rapid damage to the valve during use?
The question isn’t clearly stated: is it the valve body that is leaking, or is it the flange connection?
The valve was chosen correctly. Generally, leaks in the valve body are caused not so much by quality issues as rather by improper operation. When discharging waste, first open the slow valve slowly; do not open it fully all at once, and then open the fast valve. To stop discharging waste, reverse the process. Due to an operational error, pressure is applied suddenly to the valve body, resulting in inevitable damage.
