It would be best to have experience or a source; thank you all! The medium temperature in the pipeline is at room temperature, the pressure is 4 bar, the pipe diameter is DN50, the pipe material is grade 20 steel, and it gets clogged frequently
What is the solid content? It is possible that the inherent content is on the high side.
It’s also possible that the ashing effect is poor due to an excessive amount of particulates in the lime milk. The pipe diameter can also be increased slightly.
However, if the pipe diameter is too large, lime milk will accumulate……

Does the blockage occur during continuous operation, or does it happen frequently when the system is shut down, and what is inside the blocked pipes?
