Where can I find out the hardness of pipes made from various materials? I would appreciate some guidance from experts, thank you!

GB/T 1172 specifies the major categories; for those with special requirements, these are specified directly in the pipeline standards. If the standards do not provide any guidelines, classification can be carried out according to GB/T 1172. For more detailed classification, it is sufficient to use the categories of low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, and high-carbon steel – refer to mechanical engineering manuals for this purpose
