Service life of pressure pipelines

Dear experts, how is the service life of pressure pipelines specified? (The design life is left blank in the design documents) Which standard or specification applies? Thank you!
It is recommended to check the documents related to the annual inspection of pressure pipelines.
There’s no specified service life, unless it’s stated in the design documents! The pressure vessel regulations specify that the service life of the vessel is 20 years.
Pressure vessels have a service life, but no such markings are visible on pressure pipelines. Pressure pipelines need to be regularly inspected, including their wall thickness and welds, in order to determine whether they can continue to be used.
If the special inspection agency gives a positive result and all parameters meet the requirements for use, it can continue to be used. However, the inspection cycle needs to be shortened
SH/T 3059-2012 specifies that it should be 15 years, as stated in Section 5.3 of this standard.
It is usually requested by the property owner; the minimum duration is 3 to 5 years, while the maximum is generally 25 years
Consider the medium, operating conditions, and thickness reduction amount
The service life of the pipeline is the same as the design service life of your project; this can be provided by the design institute
