There is a jacketed tube, with the inner tube containing materials used in textile processing and the outer tube serving as the heat transfer medium. Colleagues, does anyone have any experience that could be useful as a reference, especially regarding the fabrication of the outer tube – how should the elbows be fitted? Should it be a longitudinal or transverse cut? How is the inspection ratio for welds determined? Can I RT? With an inner tube present, how to RT? Can it be detected using UT? Gentle masters, please offer your guidance. Also, is there a new standard for FJJ211-86?
Once prefabrication is complete, during RT and hydrostatic testing, all welds on the inner tube must be completely exposed!
Mainly, how are the external pipe welds inspected?
