Piping for feedwater and return water of the heating coil on the side of the tank

Please take a look and see if there are any issues with this piping setup. Figure 1 shows the inlet and outlet PIDs of the heating coil on the outer wall of the tank. Figure 2 reveals that there are three sections of coil, with hot water flowing in from below and out from above; the main hot water pipe is located at 2.5 meters height. The three nozzles on the tank are either higher or lower than this main pipe. In Figures 3 and 4, the valves have been placed on the ground for easier operation, but I believe they should be situated on the horizontal pipes that emerge from the main pipe. The highest point of the return pipe has a venting mechanism as required by the PID settings, but it’s difficult to operate this valve. In Figure 5, the return water at the top will flow downward
The pressure in the water supply pipe must be higher than the pressure in the return pipe; under normal conditions, the water in the uppermost part of the return pipe does not flow downward
