Dear experts, my project requires double-layer pipes. The outer pipe has a diameter of φ500, a wall thickness of 5, and is made of 316L material; the inner pipe has a diameter of φ490, a wall thickness of 30, and is made of 20G material. Could you please tell me where I can obtain such pipes?
The outer tube is made of 316L, while the inner tube is made of 20G. It’s a bit strange; I’m not sure what the medium and operating conditions are
Generally, the inner tube is corrosion-resistant, while the outer tube is made of ordinary steel; I find this a bit strange. For small-diameter composite pipes, the current manufacturing process seems to involve lining them, with the inner tube being riveted and fitted directly onto the inner wall of the outer tube.
