Height of gas vent pipe

Regarding the height of gas vent pipes, there are two provisions in petrochemical regulations: 1. The top of the exhaust stack for continuously emitted combustible gases, or the outlet of the vent pipe, must be at least 3.5 meters above the rooftops of platforms or buildings within a 20-meter radius. Platforms or buildings located more than 20M away should meet... requirements. 2. The top of the flue for intermittently emitted combustible gases, or the vent opening, shall be at least 3.5 M above platforms or buildings within a 10 M radius. I saw a third point online; may I ask where this one comes from? For vent pipes used to start up or shut down equipment of categories A, B, and C, emissions can be released directly into the atmosphere. The height of the vent pipe outlet should be more than 2.2 meters, and it should generally point vertically upward, with a rain cover in place
SH/T3012 does not specify that a rain cover needs to be added
