Pipeline inspection issues

For pressure pipelines, inspection levels and ratios for non-destructive testing are specified. Are there any specific regulatory requirements regarding whether pressure pipelines at normal pressure need to be inspected, or what the inspection ratio should be?
Inspection can be carried out in accordance with the inspection standards for steel water supply and drainage pipes; GB50268 contains relevant provisions on this matter
Generally, testing is carried out at the minimum of 5%
Generally, a 5% sample size is used for testing; if issues are found, the sample size is increased to 20%, and if more problems arise, 100% testing is conducted.
