I didn’t realize last time that uploading a video would cost someone’s wealth; I’m truly sorry.
Cause analysis: The anti-loosening mechanism of the bearing cover failed, resulting in the valve coming loose when it was opened. Solution: After reinserting the bearing cover, check whether it was secured by spot welding or set screws, and apply the appropriate anti-loosening measure. Preventive measures: Regularly apply grease to this location, or coat the valve stem threads, to reduce friction.
Screw it in and ensure safety by spot-welding it in place. If tightened forcefully with pliers in an unsafe manner, it can be turned on and off. It can be removed for repair if conditions permit. These days, this situation is common; it’s even impossible to talk about quality
It was taken apart and replaced; the spot welding won’t last long either
I also think it’s a problem with the copper nuts; once the handwheel and cover are removed, it will become clear. If it indeed is a problem with the copper nuts, they can be replaced directly.
