Newbie seeking help: For an ELP tube with Φ100, what does Φ100 refer to?

In the buried pipeline diagram, I know what ELP pipes are, but what does Φ100 mean? 2. Just like Φ in the second table, does it refer to the nominal outer diameter? If they are the same, then why is only Φ110 listed inside and outside?
Tubes come in both welded and seamless types; it is recommended to check whether seamless tubes are available. Otherwise, it’s likely that the other party doesn’t understand and wrote down the nominal diameter in that way
The dimensions of plastic pipes are different from those of steel pipes, so a single standard cannot be used for conversion

The standards for the two diagrams you have are likely different. The symbol Φ isn’t standard; it can’t be typed. It should have extra lines extending from both ends, and usually it’s represented as a circle with a slash inside it.
What is ELP? Is it a material?
According to the table provided by the poster, it should be DN100
From your table, it’s clear that the first table shows the nominal diameter; as for why φ is used, it might be a mistake by the designers!
