Design issues for pressure vessels using X80 material

We need to design a pressure vessel now. The customer requires the use of X80 material, with a design pressure of 10 MPa; the medium to be handled is compressed air. Our company has the qualifications for pressure vessel design, but not for pipeline design, and we do not know how to carry out the calculations. Is there anyone who can handle the design and calculations?
Pipelines can also be considered pressure vessels; I’ve never heard of pipelines having such qualifications.
I don’t understand what it means. Could it be that the container has built-in pipes, and the operating pressure is equal to the design pressure of the container? That’s why design qualifications for pressure pipelines are required. However, the definition of pressure pipelines also clearly states that pipelines belonging to the equipment itself are not considered pressure pipelines; in such cases, no design qualifications for pressure pipelines are required.

We need to design a horizontal pressure vessel; if carbon steel materials specified in GB/T150 are used for calculations, the wall thickness will be relatively thick ； Therefore, the user requested that calculations be carried out for pipes and pipe fittings using X80 material. I want to ask if this design is okay?
