First of all, the existing pipe supports seem to be unstable; with such a large diameter for the pipes, the concrete pads beneath the smaller branches are also damaged. It’s in good condition with no abnormalities; I guess even the slightest disturbance would cause some shaking, leading to metal fatigue. It would be strange if the pipes weren’t damaged. It is recommended to standardize pipe supports, with relevant atlas available for reference.

Replace the expansion joint; the pipe supports must be suitable for the pipe’s diameter and weight, otherwise they won’t be effective! Furthermore, if the material selection for the expansion joint is incorrect, or if the welding materials are not chosen properly, this can also lead to leaks!
The outlet temperature is high, which makes it easy for the leakage points to sulfurize, making it difficult to weld them firmly. It’s better to cover them with gussets; my previous company used this method and it gave good results. Also, your support structure seems a bit like a child trying to hold up an adult
