Article 25 of the Measures for the Safety Supervision and Management of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects: Before starting trial production (use), the construction unit shall submit the trial production (use) plan to the work safety supervision and management department that issued the approval opinion on the design of safety facilities for record-keeping, and provide the following documents and materials, being responsible for their authenticity: (1) Record-filing form for the trial production (use) plan； (II) Pilot production (use) plan ； (III) Opinions of the design, construction, and supervision units on the trial production (use) plan and whether the conditions for trial production (use) are met ； (IV) Experts’ opinions on the review of the trial production (use) plan ； ..... May I ask, does anyone have an example of the third point? Please share it, thank you. Who will give their opinion on this?
Compare it with the usage conditions of your device; if it meets those conditions, that’s fine. It should be properly documented as well.
Do the design, construction, and supervision units each submit a separate opinion? What is the format like?
