A beginner seeking advice: in the maintenance quotas, what is the difference between using the procedure for replacing gaskets on flanges and the procedure for assembling and disassembling flanges? It seems like there’s disassembly, assembly, and replacement of pads involved
When removing a flange, apply a coefficient of 0.5 to the flange installation cost.
There are two different procedures: replacing the gasket involves simply removing the bolts, or loosening the bolts to create space for replacing the gasket. Whereas removing the flange requires removing the bolts and taking the flange apart as well
