Issues regarding the standards for pressure ratings of large-diameter valves

Recently, I came across a butterfly valve with a diameter of over 70\", and its pressure rating is specified according to ASME B31.3. I spent a long time looking up information on this standard online, but I still don’t understand what this pressure value means.

It seems that the ASME b31.3 standard only specifies the pipe wall thickness; the pressure rating should still be based on the design pressure determined by the designer.
It has a large diameter, exceeding the range of the valve design standards; the pipeline standard is specified in the data sheet.
This is a bit absurd – provide the pipe wall thickness and check if there are any other documents. I’ve encountered valves of this type before, and the process package specified special flange dimensions.
