Pipeline static grounding

The pipes within the plant are installed on steel pipe racks; is it still necessary to provide separate electrostatic grounding for these pipes? If it is concrete, how should static grounding be carried out? Are there any picture albums I can refer to?
Static bonding of pipeline flanges and static grounding of pipe racks are sufficient
Generally, pipelines nowadays need to be electrically grounded every 50 to 80 meters. For steel pipe racks, jumper wires are required to connect them to the pipe gallery; for concrete pipe galleries, wires must be led to underground electrodes.
