Plugging leaks under pressure

The 800mm circulating water pipe (at a pressure of 2.5 kilograms) is leaking at the bottom; the old pipe is corroded and has low strength. A leather gasket was used for sealing, along with two steel straps for tightening.
We often do the same thing as well – dealing with it when production stops.
This one has low pressure; those with high pressure are made into boxes and then have glue injected into them
If welding is possible, it cannot be replaced in the short term; just like what was mentioned on the 4th floor regarding welding the box, but no glue is needed – simply weld it in place.
For the waterline plugs, it will have to do; for large-diameter pipes, however, it’s important to ensure sufficient strength
