Dear colleagues in different companies, I would like to ask which department is responsible for specifying the fire protection requirements for things such as pipe racks and frames. How does your company handle this? Are it process optimization conditions? Or are there conditions tied to the pipeline? Does the structural engineering field itself need to know it?
The supervision department can also order the relevant units in its jurisdiction to submit corresponding rectification reports, which are then sent to higher-level authorities for approval; the measures should be implemented in accordance with the procedures set by your own unit.
