As shown in the figure, what do the pipeline numbers EBB represent respectively?
There is no legend here, so I can only guess: 02711 is the pipeline number; the first two digits likely refer to the process number, while the last three digits are the serial number. P denotes the material transported by the pipeline, and generally it refers to process-related materials. I assume 128 is a material code. 30 inches definitely refers to the pipe diameter. EBB might be the design code for the pipeline, indicating things like the design temperature and pressure, though it could also refer to the material. H probably refers to the type of insulation used for the pipeline
Personally, I think EBB refers to the pressure rating and material code
If the number is valid, then the first E denotes 15 MPa according to ASME standards; the second B is the grade sequence number, and the third B indicates that the pipe material is carbon steel
128 is just a sequence number, determined by sorting earlier items; it has no real meaning. I work in design, so feel free to ask if you have any questions
There are multiple pipelines in one diagram; this is likely used for differentiation and has little practical significance
EBB should be the pipeline grade, material code, etc
