Can a negative-pressure pipeline be sprayed to prevent corrosion?

As the title suggests, we have two types of media: one that is highly acidic and the other highly alkaline. The enamel-clad jackets currently in use are prone to enamel failure and corrosion, which can lead to leaks. The temperature in the jacket is 150–160°C due to steam, while there is a negative pressure of -98 KPa inside the pipes. Is there any material that can be used to meet these operating conditions?
Have you used it? What kind of nanomaterials?
