When installing hydrogen pipelines, why is it not necessary to perform backflow washing at the lowest points, while valves need to be installed for venting at the highest points?
Reason for no drain line: 1. The hydrogen production system has a low probability of containing liquid； 2. Hydrogen is flammable and explosive; increasing the drain lines will add more potential points of leakage in the static seals. Hydrogenation unit systems are equipped with high-point venting, which is directed to the flare system.
To prevent leaks, high and low points are generally not provided; in cases with special requirements, the fluid is directed to the flare system
It is understandable not to set a high point, but it seems impossible not to set a low point. What will happen during the hydrostatic test after the pipeline construction is completed? How can the water at the low point be completely drained?

The problems on the 4th floor are indeed issues that arise during construction. How should they be dealt with? Could we set up a low-point weld as a temporary discharge point and then weld it shut after pressure testing? ? ?
